About

The apartments at Schoeps Residence guarantee exceptional comfort and a unique atmosphere of the Old Town. Schoeps Residence is a recently renovated (June 2019) tenement house with a compelling history. In the 18th century it was owned by Augustyn Schoeps, a famous sculptor from Poznań. He was the author of, among others, the only fountain in front of the Poznań Town Hall preserved in its historical form, depicting the abduction of Proserpine by Pluto.

When designing our apartments, we were very particular about the details and strived to preserve the mysterious aura of the “soul” of Poznań. The theme of the building is sculpture, and – out of respect for its history – only the most refined raw materials were used with floors made of larch boards and exposed fragments of original brick walls standing out. The entire building features numerous historical elements – traces of the former owner. Schoeps Residence is located at the very heart of Poznań, right next to the Old Market Square and only 2 minutes away from the Poznań Town Hall. The Ławica Airport is 10.4 km away, Main Railway Station – 3.4 km, Poznań International Fair – 4.8 km, Imperial Castle – 2.6 km, Stary Browar Shopping, Arts and Business Centre – 1 km, Cathedral Island – 2.7 km, and Lake Malta – 3.3 km.

Three paid parking areas are available on Stawna street nearby.

The building has been equipped with an elevator to ensure comfort. Combination locks on the doors ensure convenience and freedom of use around the clock. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge within the premises of Schoeps Residence.

Check-in from 3 pm, checkout by 11 am.

Breakfast is served in the Winery between 7 and 9 am (on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 to 10 am).
